What internet sites offer an online course in Quality and what qualification do I get? - hse courses
I have a certificate of HSE, but the industry is stifled by people who lack the common sense. Now I work in quality assurance, as I am also a retired electrical engineer, as well. We say that the new direction that it should have opinions, but you're at work can not spare time I like layers. Does anybody know a good website and what are the qualifications, please let me know how I'm happy where I am now: D

One of the attractions is the American Society for Quality (ASQ) - the largest organization of professionals in the field is the quality. If you are on the quality (ie, control or insurance) to the ground, you must at least aware of these guys and if you want to get lucky, maybe your employer pays for you to have a checking subscription. If not, you can check to pay yourself.

Yes, they have online courses and local groups in a society that offers retraining. However, most things can be achieved through self-study with any number of references ASQ or assist any number of other groups, the people, be made available for the profession of Certified.
Beyond the ASQ certification, a number of advisory groupsoffers a variety of courses and programs that "confirm" that almost any topic you can think of quality: Master Shainin TQM, Six Sigma (lot) in this category, ISO 9001, Baldrige, etc. etc. etc..
So to you, what will be reduced to reach you in your employer. If just means that you have a "license" to you at your local adult education programs "as everything you need (yes, they can an online course as well), many schools have programs online now.
However, if you really worth that dollar to you now and in the future (all models), then I recommend looking at different ASQ certification exams and try to each and every one of those who believe it will happen to help. Since you said it and the engineer, I suggest you review the Six Sigma Green Belt. From there, you go to Six Sigma Black Belt and Certified Quality Engineer and Manager of the certificates of quality and operational excellence. This is a very useful circuit for use in commercial orIndustry today.
