Are there first time home buyer programs for buyers that have to do stated income? - government programs for home buyers

My wife and I live in California and who has to make a loan, because both a profit from the advice and suggestions for life. We both have credit scores above 750th Our loan officer said housing for the first time that the buyer is only for buyers that go full doc. Does anyone know of grants from the local government or government programs or said buyers for the first time home buyers of income?

  1. You can go full doc, unless they can demonstrate they have to constantly reference file. You should check with 1 years of bank statements and 2 years tax returns. Credit ratings are important and help me buy a house. Yes, you can get a first home, first time buyers program that you are in a corner position of the employee. Need Help! Ask. Happy Life!

  2. Mary Law. No reason to go "stated income" because you paid in tips. You need to be explained to go incomes who pay no income tax.

  5. Your Loan Officer is correct. I have never seen a bona fide first-time buyers program that was anything but full-doc.

You have no time to claim an income reported b / c you work for tips ... they can not count your money at the end of their shift? Is there a reason you have no idea what you are in your pocket?

For the guidelines of the IRS, which are supposed to pay the taxes, reporting 100% of their profits to ... what he is doing is nothing more than tax evasion, and I regret to have to say, which is Federal Housing Programs and State do not permit it.

Now you know the disadvantages of fraud Uncle Sam

I bet if some of these tax-free income you earn, save, and the rest of us who are honest taxpayers to pay taxes on all of our revenue ProBaby found that assistance programs waive the survey.
