Yes, I OAT evil evil companion swelling and stomach pain that I was in 24 hours flat ...... Even if I am celiac disease (intolerance to barley, wheat, oats and rye) ........ To eat organic rice instead of rice with milk for breakfast ........... mmm tasty rice ....... good for the brain fuel and energy .......... regularly maintained.
